John Drusedum has been on staff at Grace Community Church, Roswell, NM since 2004 as Pastor of Discipleship and Small Groups. He has served churches in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico in pastoral ministry for 27 years. His desire to see churches grow larger and smaller at the same time while helping individuals, groups, and churches take their spiritual next step led him to develop and publish “Your Personal Growth Journal” in 2007 with the first printing in 2008.
