OUR STRATEGY
Structure
We have structured our church not only to fulfill the five purposes of the New Testament church, but also to keep these five purposes in balance. We believe a balanced church is a healthy church! Our goal is that everything we do, as a church, will help fulfill one of these five purposes.
A series of five classes, called Discovery Classes, have been designed to help introduce people to the five purposes of the church.
Class 101 - Discovering Membership
Class 201 - Discovering Maturity
Class 301 - Discovering Ministry
Class 401 - Discovering Mission
Class 501 - Discovering Magnification

3. Authentic change is possible through the power of God;s Spirit and prayer.
4. We must love one another more than we love our opinions.
5. The goal of our gatherings is to celebrate and worship God.
6. Our methods must be culturally relevant and our message biblically pure.
7. The ministry is the task of all the members, not just the paid staff.
8. Maturity results from a balance of corporate worship celebrations and Small Group participation.
9. Children and youth will always be a priority in our ministry.
10. Integrity, accountability and excellence will guide every decision.

We want to help people grow in their devotion to God and in their understanding of his purpose for their lives.
R each (mission)
We want to reach out to people and introduce them to the good news of God's grace.
A dore (magnification)
We want to help people acknowledge and worship God as the Savior and Lord of their lives.
C onnect (membership)
We want to help people discover the importance of connecting in meaningful relationships with other members of God's family.
E quip (ministry)
We want to help people discover their God-given gifts and use these gifts in service to others.
