2021_01 sermon series passing the baton - simple.jpg

Here are two great unalterable facts in life:

Fact #1: We are all terminal

Fact #2: Every leader is an interim. We may not like these facts, but they are undeniable realities in our fallen world.

Every wise person would do well to face these facts head-on and plan accordingly. This is especially true with leaders. Since none of us will be around forever, we all need a succession plan.

As we begin a new year, what better time to develop our own succession plan than now. To help guide this process, our winter sermon series will examine five leadership transitions in the Bible. What did they do right and what could they have done better? Beginning January 9, let's see what we can learn together in "Passing the Baton."
