Rick Hale

Rick grew up in Abilene, Texas, and graduated from Abilene Christian University with both a B.A. and M.S. in Ministry.  Since 1977, Rick and his wife, Mary, have called Roswell home.  They have two adult chidren, Jordan and Katie, and two grandchildren, Mathan and Mara Grace. 
Rick and Mary started Grace Community Church in 1998.  Rick is also involved with Community Bible Study at both the local and national level. 
Rick is the author of Living Your Dash: How to Find and Fulfill Your Life Purpose and is also host of the 
podcast of the same title.

Sean Lee

Connections Pastor

Sean grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, to Korean immigrants fleeing the oppression of communism. Sean graduated with a B.A. in Bible from Southwest Baptist University and his Master of Ministry Leadership from 
Rockbridge Seminary.  Sean and his wife, Brenda, were married in 1991. They moved to Roswell in 2002 to join the Grace Staff.  They have two adult children, Hudson and Olivia. He loves to run, swim and cycle (one day, all at once: The Milkman Triathlon!).
He loves making new friends over coffee, shooting sports and riding his motorcycle.  In  2020, Sean was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.  You can read about his journey  HERE .

Jerry Acosta

Jerry is originally from Venezuela, where served as a full-time church planter. In 2000 was sent as a missionary to Panama where met and married Keila.

Jerry graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology and a Master’s Degree in Education Management from Hosanna University and currently doing a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Jerry & Keila were married in 2002, they have two young men, Jerry Jr. and Jerry Andres. They love to spend time as a family watching movies and soccer. Jerry is an ultimate fan of the Real Madrid soccer team from Spain. “Hala Madrid y Nada Más”

Barry Anderson

Barry was born and raised in Roswell and went to the New Mexico Military Institute and New Mexico State University where he received a degree in criminal justice.  He completed his M.A.(RE) at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Barry and his wife, Cheryl,  grew up together in Roswell, and married in 1993.  They have two adult sons: Cody and Caden. The star of the show is their grandson, Caleb.

Barry’s calling is to serve the local church by assisting its members to find their place in ministry and to walk along side of them as they serve. His hobbies include shooting sports and collecting knives and watches

Kenny Lewis is our worship and  music pastor.  He and his wife Jennifer have two children, Mackenzie and Brady. They are originally from Houston, Texas. 

Kenny loves riding motorcycles, fishing, and traveling.  Kenny and Jennifer have been married since 1994

Chris grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from Arizona Christian University with a B.S. in Christian Ministries/Youth. He is currently working on an M.S. degree in General Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Chris and his wife, April, were married in 2003, and have 4 children: Elsie, Kavin, Adalia, and Jarek. They enjoy working on house projects and being outdoors as a family. Chris and his family have been a part of the Grace Familiy since 2016.

Alan Gedde has been at Grace since June of 2010. He is married to Tamra, and they have six children. Alan completed his undergrad work in Christian Ministries from Arizona Christian University. He also completed his Masters of Christian Ministries from Wayland Baptist University. Alan loves to spend time with his family. In his time off, Alan enjoys sports and loves to spend time in God’s creation. He wrote a book, Unless the Lord, based on his favorite passage, Psalm 127. He loves children and enjoys teaching them about the love of Jesus
